This SharePoint Online training courseware helps trainers and training companies deliver a solid introduction SharePoint Online for end users. Beginning with foundational knowledge, the course introduces SharePoint Online and guides learners through site layout and navigation. It progresses into practical applications such as creating and managing lists and libraries, complete with detailed exercises to reinforce learning.
 
It includes content on managing SharePoint list and library views, creating public and personal views, and customizing these views to fit organizational needs. Additionally, the course focuses on site creation using templates, configuring site navigation, and enhancing collaboration through the creation of team sites. Detailed lessons on page content include managing and working with wiki library pages, giving learners the skills needed to build and edit site content effectively.
 
The course also covers configuring site columns and content types, exploring the content type gallery, and creating and managing content types. Integration with Microsoft Office applications is covered to ensure learners can seamlessly work with Excel and Outlook in conjunction with SharePoint Online.
